Close to subway, stores & restaurants. Friendly staff provided special care. Currently remodeling, transferred to new room. Newly remodeled room spacious and impressive. Amazing breakfast with smoked wild salmon and salmon roe. Impeccably cleaned room everyday. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Convenient location. Highly recommended.

a great place for exploring bucheon. the downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. they have on-site restaurant called rise. we loved the room, it was huge.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at Polaris Hotel. The General Manager personally showed me to my room and even allowed me to check in early without any extra charges. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and a separate shower area in the bathroom. I had a great night's sleep, although the air conditioning was a bit of an issue. The location of the hotel was ideal, with restaurants and entertainment options just across the road. And the breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Bucheon.

Over Christmas, we stayed at a hotel that had a great selection of amenities in the room. the internet speed was impressive, and we could easily connect all our devices. the hotel's location was just what we were looking for - close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the room service, which was very prompt.

The bed was extremely comfortable, nice bathroom amenities, laundry facilities, excellent breakfast, great neighborhood.

Comfortable and clean room with great amenities, and delicious breakfast. The bed and bathroom were particularly comfortable and offered everything I needed. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. I also appreciated the helpful staff, who were always available when I had any questions.

The temperature control in the room was a bit tricky to figure out, and the room was a bit warm at times. the lobby area could be quite loud and crowded at times, which made it difficult to relax.

The hotel is conveniently located near many supermarkets and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes' walk away from the metro station. the breakfast has a good variety of options, including yogurt, fresh fruits, salads, eggs, bacon.

The amenities could be improved by providing room service, and hand washing being outside the bathroom is inconvenient.
